SCL Global Concept specializes in the custom manufacturing of forged wheels. Forged wheels are produced using the hot die forging method, which creates a fibrous grain structure in the metal and distinguishes them from cast wheels obtained through liquid pouring into molds. This technology provides increased strength and lower weight compared to cast alternatives. Wheels of any construction and design can be manufactured according to the customer's individual specifications. The customer may even provide their own sketch or an existing image. Development of a completely new design from scratch for a specific project is also available. Orders are accepted for non-standard parameters: PCD, offset (ET), center bore diameter (DIA), rim width, and rim diameter from 15 to 24 inches. Delivery of finished wheels can be carried out to any city world wide.
